Industry-Leading Training
From day one, you’ll be given the tools you need to succeed. All sales employees begin their career at Red Ventures with 2 weeks of paid training. Our industry-leading sales curriculum ensures that you’ll have in-depth product knowledge and will have mastered effective sales techniques before ever speaking to a customer. It goes beyond the basics — agents also receive extensive technology training. And there are ongoing training opportunities, including weekly one-on-one coaching. For those who aspire to supervisory or management roles, we also offer a management training program.
