Why did you join Red Ventures?
Hands down it was the people.  Everyone I spoke with had a great energy, was extremely helpful and easy to talk to.  You could tell they really enjoyed working at Red Ventures.  The 3 hour interview with Darrell didn’t hurt either!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I love the culture.  Red Ventures is high energy and fast paced.  It is small enough that everyone knows each other and growing fast enough that there is always something new and exciting around the corner.  They truly embrace the work hard, play hard philosophy.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
If I had to pick one it would be 2nd call.  It was great to be able to be involved in a program from the beginning and see it grow.  I was able to sell over 15 different products in just one program.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I am proud of my transition from sales agent to a supervisor.  It is a great feeling to master a craft and then be able to teach others to do the same.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
The better question would be, “When do I NOT laugh out loud?”  With my team, there’s never a dull moment!
