What did you Study? Computer Science, Economics

What do you remember most about your interview process? The energy of the interviews. Walking around on a tour with my interviewer and seeing the intensity and the passion for the aspects of the business. Talking with both founders as part of the interview process and being impressed with the time invested by the company in interviewing.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you? Everyone I spoke with at the company I could see myself working with and had an energy that was apparent even just during the interview.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures? Working with incredibly smart, talented people and being able to try out new ideas and see the results immediately.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures? Amazingly fast! I started out as an analyst and in one year have moved in to managing a team of 60 in Guatemala City and a team of 8 in Miami as well as working directly with senior staff from our partner.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work? Yesterday, our director of conversion got a pie in the face because he lost a bet and our workforce team managed to hit their productivity numbers!

What did you wear to work today? Jeans and a button down.

Where did you go on your last great vacation? The Greek Isles. Second time there and it won't be the last!
