Why did you join Red Ventures?
I was impressed with the growth and the direction Red Ventures is headed in.  After the interview process, I was sold on not only the philosophy of the company but also the people behind making the decisions.  It was evident that there was little corporate politics and that the entire company functioned as a team.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I feel that I am making an impact every day I walk through the doors.  The energy and determination of everyone here is contagious.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
When I started with Red Ventures, I immediately began working on the natural positioning in search engines for a brand that had next to no presence.  The project is continuous as the game changes and our competitors get smarter.  Watching a brand secure its foothold as a national online competitor is an exciting event.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I love having the ability to cultivate my skills and knowledge base across multiple brands.  Working here is a constant education.  I am able to get my hands dirty with many business models and they each have their own unique qualities.  Red Ventures is an open door company and encourages people to speak their creative minds.  Keeping your skills sharp in all aspects of your career path makes you extremely dangerous and there are plenty of dangerous people here. 

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
About 2 minutes ago when I walked through the front door.  Francisco caught me with my guard down again.
