What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
After my last interview, I started looking at everyone thinking, "These are my future co-workers. These are the managers and directors I will be working for." And when I liked what I saw, I knew Red Ventures was the place for me.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The people. I love working with my co-workers. We manage to get the job done and have the best time doing it.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
I started as a Security Choice sales agent and was quickly promoted to Security Choice Customer Service Manager. Six month after that, I was promoted to Workforce Manager. Red Ventures believes in rewarding the employees who work hard and prove themselves.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
When do I not laugh! I'm laughing while I'm filling this out. Working here, you're going to have a stomach-aching laugh everyday. If not, that means you have no sense of humor.

What did you wear to work today?
White shirt, jean skirt, plaid heels! Shoes are my weakness!

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
This weekend is my birthday so anything goes!
