What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
An associate with my former company had gone to work for Red Ventures (it was Red F at that time), and spoke highly of the company's founding partners and their vision for the company.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
I interviewed with A LOT of people!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
I felt it was a small company that was destined to grow and that I could provide value from an administrative standpoint and grow with the company.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The people. We have a diverse group of people who work together well toward a common goal and we have fun doing it!

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
It has been quite an evolution! During our early years, I handled all of the administrative responsibilities - assistant to the partners, office management, purchasing, travel, human resources, payroll and benefits. Thanks to our tremendous growth and the resulting increase in workload, my role has been appropriately sized to handle office management, purchasing and travel. In addition to myself, the company now employs an office assistant, an executive assistant to the partners, an HR manager, a payroll manager and 3 recruiters.

I laugh on a daily basis!

Jeans and a sweater. I love being able to dress down or dress up depending on my mood.
