Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because I have always worked for smaller companies and enjoy that type of culture. Plus the excitement of being part of a business that had just begun (DirectStar) was very exciting to me. We now make as many sales in a day as we used to make in an entire month. Amazing growth!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I love working at Red Ventures because I feel like I make a difference. I can see the work that I do directly impact our business. I am not just a number!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
There are so many projects that I have worked on that I found interesting and I think that I have learned more here than any other job that I have had on the past. There are so many brilliant people that work here who are always willing to teach. I think the most interesting project that I have worked on has been the development of our systems. Being able to work closely with our IT team to create the systems and reporting that help make us smarter, more efficient and stronger has been the most fun.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
As far as personal development goes I am most proud of my leadership growth. I think that being a leader is extremely challenging and difficult. I have so much more to learn and I am fortunate to have so many people guide me in the right direction.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I laugh multiple times a day. While writing this I am hearing people crack up around me. Sitting between Rodney and Thomas you can expect a few laughs daily!
