What sparked your interest in Red Ventures? Seeking a change from the big company slow-and-steady business models, I was searching for a high growth company with big-time upside.  Within my search, I kept hearing about an exciting company from South Charlotte called Red Ventures that was growing like crazy.  I reached out and was blown away by the talent level, company culture, and what felt like infinite opportunity.

What do you remember most about your interview process? I remember having an unusually strong sense of familiarity with the people and environment.  Between 4 rounds of interviews and countless viewings of the website videos I watched in preparation, I left the interview process feeling like I knew everyone really well.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you? The people, the vision, the growth, and the chance to be a part of something special. This place has a certain spark to it. You feel it as soon as you walk in the front door.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures? Hands down - it is the people and the culture.  Great team.  Great challenges.  Great fun.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures? I have moved from Director to SVP, but more important is that the business is on a great trajectory and the team is delivering to their potential.  This is a team game.

Finish this sentence: "Red Ventures is…" Red Ventures is in the midst of creating something special.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work? I have laughed a lot this week.  Probably the loudest was the cupcake throwing contest at our sales center management team.  Or maybe it was during the putting contest in the Paid Search area.

What did you wear to work today? Jeans and button down.  Brown shoes.  Matching belt.  Need a haircut though.

Where did you go on your last great vacation - OR - What are you doing this weekend? This weekend we are heading to the NC mountains for skiing.  What other city has the beach a few hours to the east and the mountains a few hours to the west?  We love them both.
