Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures to try something new.  All I ever knew was banking and I really just wanted to try something challenging and different.  It was a huge leap for me to take considering I’d never done sales before but I’m so glad I did.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I like working at Red Ventures because of the people I work with and their competitive drive keeps my days exciting.  I also like how Red Ventures is always looking out for their employees.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
I would have to say being in a call center (it is new for me) and the different people and personalities I work with on a daily basis.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Setting goals for myself and having the training and tools I need to achieve them.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I just got to work this morning so I would have to say yesterday afternoon before I left for the day with Kelly.  We’re always finding something to laugh about.  Not a day goes by at work I don’t laugh really hard.
