What do you remember most about your interview process? It was thorough! It was eye opening to meet not just one, but seven people during my interview who help make this company run, and see how passionate they are about their jobs and Red Ventures.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you? I wanted to be challenged and inspired by my job and my coworkers, and not work in a stuffy corporate environment. After a long day of numerous interviews, I thought back on how enthusiastic everyone was about working here, and how welcome they made me feel. This company clearly fit the bill. That enthusiasm was contagious and I drove out of the parking lot feeling more energized and excited than tired!

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures? As a designer, being able to work on a variety of brands and materials keeps me motivated and challenged. Plus, Red Ventures is a smorgasbord of interesting, talented, warm, fun loving people who keep working here interesting – a must for any creative person!
