Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures in April 2006. I wanted an opportunity to go back to my field of expertise, sales and management. Joining a smaller but growing company was the most important factor because I wanted to be a part of growth. The challenge that was presented to me as a sales director in Puerto Rico was extremely attractive - an extremely fast-paced environment with nonstop growth and the ability to see our success take shape right in front of me.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Probably the same reason people like to go to Disney World! I really enjoy going to work every day. The daily tasks become chapters in an action story for me. The people I work with are very unique, talented and dedicated individuals who strive to get things done in very fast-paced environment, and I like that.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
I would have to say that the most interesting aspect of my job is reaching and staying on top of the goals set for our team. We have the ability to see and measure results on a daily basis. We usually celebrate something every day, and that something is usually growth!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I have grown within my position as a Sales Director for our sales center in San Juan. This has been possible because I've had great teachers and lots of support from my teammates. The company has provided me the opportunity and the confidence to grow and develop myself as a sales director. Hands-on projects are my hobby, and I do that for a living!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
This morning I had an opportunity to go over the local newspaper while having my morning dose of caffeine. Even though I am not a horoscope fan/believer, mine said this: "your responsibilities at work will increase" -and so the laughter began!
