Why did you join Red Ventures?
I like the way the company operates. When the company makes money, everyone makes money. Most companies don't provide this level of opportunity for sales agents, so many of them end up leaving to come work for us. Their loss is our gain.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
My team and all my co-workers, the professional work environment, the positive energy at all times, and of course all the sales we make here in Miami!!

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
I would have to say SALES! I just can't live without it! I close at work and in my everyday life. As a supervisor, I now get to teach the rest of the sales team how to close. We're always converting new customers every chance we get. I think we have the strongest, most talented sales managerial team out there and we have the numbers to prove it!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I've always been a team player, even when I was on the sales floor selling on the phones. But now it has a whole new meaning. We're family and we always look out for one another. I developed into a sales manager thanks to the people I work with.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
One second ago. Regis, Juan and I lost it laughing while cracking some jokes about the botany in Regis' hometown of Oakland, California.
