What do you remember most about your interview process? Pivot tables! During the final interview process I had to do a presentation for the General Manager that analyzed 10,000 leads. If it wasn't for the book Excel for Dummies and a quick study on pivot tables, I would not be typing this today. I remember in my first interview, he asked me, "Do you know what pivot tables are?" From that point forward, we've been joined at the hip, pivot tables and me.
What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you? Having worked previously in a small company environment, I wanted to preserve that experience. Red Ventures impressed me with its small town feel and big city goals. I knew that I would be challenged here, but I would always have the support of the people around me.
What is the best part about working at Red Ventures? The people, the people, the people. I feel very fortunate to work with such an intelligent and talented group. I have learned a great deal from my day to day interactions with my co-workers--because of them, I look forward to coming to work everyday.
Finish this sentence: Red Ventures is...? ...A platform for indefinite growth.
Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend? My husband, Andy, and I are enjoying the wedding festivities of Kelly (another Security Choice team member) and her soon-to-be husband Korey.
