What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?I had reached a point in my career where I didn't feel challenged by the industry or by my position; I was looking for an environment where I could expand upon my experience, surround myself with highly intelligent people, and never feel constrained by the politics typically found in the business world. Around that same time, Red Ventures was receiving a lot of press for their growth and innovation; it seemed like the perfect fit.

What do you remember most about your interview process?I studied the Red Ventures website (the employee profiles, in particular) with the vigor of a law student studying for the bar exam so I would be well informed about each person who was interviewing me.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?If it took as long as it did for them to determine that I was a "fit" for the company, I was confident that the people I would work with would challenge me to be and do more.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?Martin and I are a bit like those kids in elementary school who are disruptive and have to move their desks next to the teacher. We laugh loud and often. Unfortunately, it's not usually appropriate to share!

What did you wear to work today?Just my standard company-issued khakis, the Red Ventures embroidered polo and matching visor, my name badge, and the OSHA required steel-toe boots. Uhhh...I mean, a little black dress and great peep-toe heels.
