Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because I really felt that I was getting an opportunity at a job where I would learn a lot about topics I knew nothing about before and I could continue to advance my career in directions I didn’t think was possible.  Plus Red Ventures came highly recommended from a trusted colleague.  I am so glad I listened to her advice.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I like working at Red Ventures because I am constantly challenged by the ridiculously smart people who surround me.  When I first started I was extremely intimidated by the brains that keep this company moving.  Also I am never bored, in fact I am the complete opposite of bored…excited about the work I get to do.  And the best part about my job is the responsibility that is bestowed upon me.  I like knowing that people are relying on the work I am doing and the information that I am reporting to them.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
The project I am working on right now.  I work on the Radio Sales Group so we are gearing up for the big holiday rush.  I am very excited to see how all of the hard work we have put into preparing for this time of the year starts to pay off.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I think that I am most proud of the evolution of my Microsoft Excel skills.  I literally had no idea how to do anything in Excel and now I have a monster report that I put together that my team relies on everyday.  Wow, that is a very dorky answer...Excel skills, who says that.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Well I am still laughing about all the funny sites that I saw at the whitewater rafting site for our Annual Company Meeting.  But my team keeps me in stitches all day long and I think I return the favor by showing off my dancing skills in the most awkward of times.
