Why did you join Red Ventures?
I was attracted to Red Ventures because of its unique structure. As a graphic designer, it presents personal and professional growth opportunities that you wouldn't find in a more traditional corporate setting. Also, it was obvious that the people I interviewed with really believed in what was happening here – that's a contagious feeling!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
There is never a dull moment here. It's fast-paced and exciting. I have a great variety in my workload which keeps me on my toes. Plus, I can really see my work make a difference here.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Thankfully, there isn't just one. Every project I touch here has a certain level of challenge and interest. I've branded new business development, done major overhauls to breathe new life into existing projects and even dabbled in web and flash design – which was a stretch into new territory for me!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Leadership and management. I was comfortable being a behind-the-scenes designer but since joining Red Ventures my responsibilities have grown to include a more hands-on role managing projects as well as growing and guiding a very talented group of designers.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Humor is an everyday component at Red Ventures. We love to laugh. I think I laugh the most when Dan stops by the lunchroom!
