After working within very stodgy corporate environments riddled with "white elephants," I found Red Ventures to be a very open environment where the idea of "nothing is sacred" has given way to the formulation of truly out-of-the-box ideas and testing the norm. Combined with an environment where there is no room for ego, Red Ventures has created a haven for entrepreneurialism most companies would only dream of having.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I enjoy working here because of the people - the amazing amount of talent and the fun-loving nature of everyone who works here makes it a place where you want to drive a few miles per hour faster to get to the office.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Online Lead Generation: Having been in the internet industry for over 10 years, and having seen how online marketing went from the "hottest thing" to the most expensive "thing" that most companies could not afford, it's now fun to come full circle and see how the industry has grown to become an important and profitable portion of a company's growth and success. What all we early Internet geeks used to believe is now coming true - WOW!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Challenging myself to rid myself of the political "shields" one must have in large corporate environments and learn how to have fun again at work!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
