Why did you join Red Ventures?
Well when I first heard of Red Ventures I was at a career fair and met Rachel.  She was smiling and had nothing but good things to say about the company.  I knew then I wanted to apply.  After interviewing and touring Red Ventures I realized this is where I wanted to be.  A place where I could excel professionally and develop in.  I saw nothing but opportunity knocking at my door when I was offered the position.  And to top it off I knew there was money to be made.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Everyday I love coming to work because of the atmosphere here.  It is friendly, fun, and you never know what is coming next.  Yes it is a job but so much more than that as well.  We have contests to make more money, a positive work environment, and great co-workers to be around.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
It is a pleasure to be able to speak to different people around the country daily.  Each phone call is a new adventure. I have a different obstacle to overcome and I love the challenge.  I feel by the time I end each call I have assisted someone and I love it.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Being able to develop new sales and people skills that can be used in the future.  Everyday I learn new things that I can apply to myself in everyday life therefore making this job not just about the business but about a life experience as well.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Well about 10 minutes ago.  I was walking into the office and saw one of my friends who was getting ready to go into an interview and was saying “hi.”  Well Rachel walked by and told me in a joking way that I am not allowed to talk about the interview.  I was like “Don’t even go there…” and we started laughing out loud together.  However that is one of the 100’s of times that I laugh daily with my coworkers.
