What do you remember most about your interview process?I appreciate that Red Ventures is so thorough in their interview process, to ensure that candidates are placed in the positions that best fit them. A highlight of the process for me was interviewing with Dan and answering his off-the-wall logic questions. Right there I knew that this was a unique company that valued thoughtful insight, and it was probably the most enjoyable and thought-provoking interview I've ever been a part of.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?I love RV's "nimbleness". As a small (but rapidly growing) company, I love the fact that every day brings a new set of challenges, and that the typical process restrictions found in most companies don't exist here.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?Before or after lunch? One of the great things about RV is its people - the company promotes getting amazing things done with amazing people, and having fun doing it.

What did you wear to work today?Collared shirt (not tucked in), khakis and sneakers.
