Dealing with people, with the knowledge that every day is a big challenge, and achieving the goals make it even more interesting every month.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Being part of the growth of a company like this one, which faced a huge challenge dragging a large and heavy past, not only bringing back to life a dead company, but creating a brand new concept of a Honest company, that can be trusted, and also where we can feel comfortable and openly say that we are part of.
