What do you remember most about your interview process?
Interviewing can be very intimidating process, but I remember actually having fun during my interviews! That really speaks to the culture at Red Ventures. Normally I'd be nervously sweating through my suit, but by the end of the day, I was feeling right at home.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The pace. There is literally never a dull moment here. If I need a break from one project, I've got another 5 that I can break up my day with. I never knew that 9 hours of work could go by so quickly.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
Literally just now. For some reason a conversation about superheroes and their oddly alliterative names sprang up. Peter Parker, Reed Richards, Scott Summers, Clark Kent? It's a conspiracy, I tell you!

What did you wear to work today?
A pair of sneakers, my trusty cords and a comfortable shirt. You probably won't see too many ties in this office.

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
My last great vacation was actually my honeymoon. My wife and I spent a week in Disney World. In August. Even though it was 110+ degrees every day, it was a great time!
