Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because I was getting in on the ground floor with a company that I knew was going places. I love sales and when you combine that with a great atmosphere and an awesome sales team…It doesn’t get any better!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I enjoy helping people decide what is best for them without all the gimmicks…At Red Ventures we put ourselves in the customer’s shoes and help come up with a solution together.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Listening…whether it is a potential customer trying to figure out what is best for their home or a sales agent needing assistance or just needing to talk. By listening you don’t hear just what you want to hear - you hear what is being said!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the way I interact with the world in everyday life. Since I started here I feel as if I can figure out any situation with ease and I have been trained to deal with life’s curveballs tactfully.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
We have spirit week from time to time and some of the costumes that people wear are really creative. Everyone in the office is laughing throughout the day and no one is embarrassed.  It is just having fun and everyone here does that!
