What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
Honestly, I had just graduated college and really needed a job. I liked that Red Ventures was located in Charlotte, and was impressed by the partners.
What do you remember most about your interview process?
It was like running the gauntlet, one interviewer after another.
What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
A couple months after I started working at Red Ventures I realized it was the place for me. I think what made me come to this realization was that there were learning opportunities everywhere, and I was surrounded by the right people to help me get the most out of those opportunities.
What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The people and the culture. It is a rare situation when you can have the pleasure to work with people you genuinely like and respect, but that's everyday at Red Ventures. The culture is such that it places high expectations on you, but allows you to shine in your own way.
How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
I started at Red Ventures in a field I knew very little about. I was given the resources to learn, and used that opportunity to grow professionally. If you're not learning on a daily basis, then you are not meeting expectations.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
This is pretty much an everyday occurrence, but the hardest I've laughed at work was when discussing what the ideal paid search sales indicator for the company scoreboard should be. Needless to say, it pretty much involved vikings and ninjas.
What did you wear to work today?
Jeans, Oxford shirt, and Clarks walabees.
Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
This weekend starts with a happy hour on the patio behind work, then I will probably just take it easy.
