Why did you join Red Ventures?
When I first learned of Red Ventures, I was working for an advertising agency. While I enjoyed my work, I wanted to learn more about the business of marketing.  Red Ventures promised this along with an outlet for creativity.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I enjoy the variety.  Throughout my Red Ventures career, I have been a part of several different projects and business units, all of which provided unique challenges and learning opportunities.  At Red Ventures your “job description” in no way limits your ability to make meaningful contributions.  From day one, I was encouraged to offer my thoughts and take ownership of projects.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
My role in the HSP sales program for DIRECTV technicians has been extremely rewarding.  I am fortunate to have participated in its entire development from the initial brainstorming stage to its launch.  Along the way, I have watched our team expand and our sales increase making it a very gratifying experience.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Being part of an incredible team and learning from their talent.  I learned years ago that when you surrounded yourself with the best, you get better.  Red Ventures has so many talented people you can’t help but improve!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Like most people here in the office – there’s not a day that goes by without a good laugh.  We’re really funny around here!
