Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Working here I've found the environment to be very family-oriented. The supervisors are great and they will help me with any sales problem. It's a very helping environment and I love that.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
Talking to new people. Challenging a customer to get DIRECTV, and succeeding. I love the challenge.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Getting to a point where I no longer fear talking to customers on the phone. I’m over that fear, and have developed a good knowledge of how to sell DIRECTV. My sales and conversion rates are great!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Every day I laugh – I love my job and with my co-workers, we laugh all day. I also love having a good laugh with the customers on the phone – I get them to laugh to break the ice, and it helps. It's just a great environment here at work, at the Dallas call center.
