Why did you join Red Ventures?
After working in a variety of corporate positions for large organizations, I realized the most fun job I ever had was one where the company was small, growing fast, and very sales and marketing focused. I wanted to find an opportunity like that again. One that would allow me to use my experience, but in an environment that was fast-paced, one in which leaders at all levels are close to the customer and the environment is full of other fun, hard-working people. Red Ventures seemed to be the company where I could make a difference and grow along with the business.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Everyone is very focused on growth at all levels and is willing to do whatever it takes to help the company succeed. It is a good sign when you enjoy your work and your co-workers so much you want to spend time with them at work and outside of work as well. Life is too short not to enjoy what you are doing and not to enjoy the people with which you spend so much of your time.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
There is something to learn every day and there are almost no limits on areas for growth as long as it makes sense.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I am still working on this in my short tenure at the company; however, adapting once again to an unstructured environment is step number one.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
It was this morning. There are a lot of fun people here.
