Why did you join Red Ventures?
I was intrigued by what seemed to me to be a great blend of marketing prowess, analytical rigor, aggressive business exploration, and smart, fun-loving people. I wanted to get inside Red Ventures and find out if appearance was in fact reality.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Because I’ve learned that appearance is in fact reality!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Working with the DirectStarTV team to grow our business by leaps and bounds.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of the egoless yet passionately driven team environment that we’ve created and maintained as we’ve grown quickly at DirectStarTV. I call this personal development for me because I’ve probably learned more about it from my team than they have from me!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I write this on an early Tuesday morning plane flight back from an early week trip to our Dallas sales center, so Friday was my most recent day in the office. Not coincidentally, the last time I remember laughing out loud at the office was on Friday afternoon as Ric described more of his exploits from the Michael Jordan basketball camp. Also, I don’t know if it counts or not, but I laughed out loud yesterday while reading an email game of one-upsmanship between Rodney and Thomas as they “argued” about who was doing more to drive our recent sales increases.
