What do you remember most about your interview process? What do I remember most about the interview process? 2 things. First, it was the people - when you are looking at a potential new place to work and you are blown away by the people who interview you, it makes a lasting impression. Secondly, it was the questions. The questions were very probing and not superficial and really forced me to truly think about why I thought I would be a good fit for Red Ventures.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you? I was looking for a place where I had the autonomy to figure things out, make things happen, and in the process build a business. And that was precisely the opportunity that I was given.
