The recruiter for your position will review your resume and either forward your information to the hiring manager or send you an email to inform you that you will not be moving forward in the interview process.

If the hiring manager is interested, you will be contacted to schedule either a phone or onsite interview. Depending on the position, this interview will be with a member of either our HR team or the business unit for which you have applied to work.

Following a successful initial interview, you will be invited to spend a half-day at our office to meet with a variety of Red Ventures business leaders. This may take place over two visits, depending on your schedule and ours.

You will be contacted within a few days of your interviews to inform you of our decision to move forward with a contingent offer. All of our offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and a criminal background check.

We review all applications within 48 hours of receipt. If we do not see a fit we will notify you via email. If we are interested, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters for a phone interview. The phone interview is usually a 20 minute call to get to know you better. We will evaluate your energy level, your knowledge of our organization, your relevant experience, your sales ability and your shift availability.

Following a successful phone interview, you will be invited to perform a mock sales call with a sales supervisor. Our recruiter will provide you with a sales script and instructions regarding the call. We want to evaluate your effectiveness as a sales agent. We are looking for people who are articulate, follow the script, ad-lib appropriately and can effectively guide the conversation.

Depending on how the mock sales call goes, you will be asked to visit our offices for an onsite interview. The onsite interview involves meetings with a sales supervisor and the sales center manager as well as observing in the call center.

A successful onsite interview will result in a contingent job offer. All job offers are contingent upon three additional important steps:

A clean background check showing no felonies and no violent or theft-related misdemeanors in the past seven years.
|
|
|
|

|
A negative drug screen result. Drug screenings must be completed within 48 hours of an offer being extended.
|
|
|
|
•
|
Successful completion of our paid training program.

You will receive a written acceptance letter, which you must sign and return, and then you'll receive a start date and time to begin your training. Training includes testing to verify your retention of the required job knowledge. You must pass the testing to stay employed as a sales agent.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed our interview and training process. You are now ready to rock as a Red Ventures Sales Agent.
