Red Ventures believes it has a responsibility to leave a positive, lasting impact on the world.

Lives Linked is our effort to ease the suffering of children in countries ravaged by war and natural disaster. The non-profit foundation was formed in 2006 after a trip to the tsunami-torn village of Puttalam, Sri Lanka changed Ric Elias's life. Seeing the amazing progress that India Gospel League has made to improve the lives of these orphaned children, Elias knew he wanted to partner with them and support their continued efforts.

Elias founded Lives Linked by giving all Red Ventures employees the opportunity to sponsor a child through regular written correspondence. Unfortunately, there are more children in need than there are Red Ventures employees - and as the need has grown so has Lives Linked. Through Lives Linked, Red Ventures hopes to build one small bridge at a time between children in need and generosity from the compassionate hearts of those more fortunate.
