Recent MBA Graduates
If you’re a recent graduate of a top-tier MBA program with an interest in entrepreneurship and general management, Red Ventures could be the place for you.
You’ll begin at a managerial level and will be assigned to a senior leader who will serve as your resource for learning the ins and outs of the company. You’ll also be involved in every aspect of our business, from contract negotiations to budgets and forecasting to cultivating C-level relationships at partner companies to optimizing sales center operations and developing Internet marketing strategies.
Within a very short time frame, our MBA recruits are given the opportunity to run a marketing channel or business team with full responsibility for a multi-million dollar P&L. Many rapidly advance to general management roles in existing or startup businesses in which they have sole responsibility for managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements and leading large teams of employees.
Director
If you have a minimum of 5 years of business experience and are ready to enhance you career in a challenging and dynamic environment, look no further than Red Ventures. Preferred candidates for our newly created Director/Associate-level positions will have earned an MBA from a top-tier program and have a track record of success in strategy development and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives and business operations.
If hired, you'll join the Red Ventures team to drive and shape the development of a high-growth business. You'll also have hands-on responsibilities and exposure to the foundational and critical aspects of our business including demand generation, sales operations, proprietary technology development and strategy execution. In essence, this role will give you the opportunity to learn how to run a business and be an entrepreneur with the resources and stability of a successful and established organization.
Through both strategic planning and tactical execution, you'll have a significant impact on the future of the company. The role will have high visibility both internally and externally and will evolve and expand as the business needs change. Success in this position could lead to expanded responsibilities, the opportunity to launch a new business, or into a senior leadership position running a business for Red Ventures.
Experienced Executives
Your proven track record of creating growth will give you an advantage as you negotiate partnership deals worth tens of millions of dollars; build and manage teams of dozens of employees; and develop and execute marketing strategies in our rapidly changing and innovative environment.
Our business leaders share a desire to serve as general managers in an entrepreneurial environment — and they have the know-how to take a business from startup to profitability in under six months. They play a pivotal role in every area of Red Ventures — from collaborating with marketing partners to identifying opportunities and optimizing offers to maximize profit contribution and developing business cases, quantitative models and economic projections.
We invest heavily in developing new executive recruits and familiarizing them with our business model to ensure they are set up for success once they take on a general management role.
