Red Ventures to Break Ground on 90,000 Sq. Foot Office Space
Gov. Mark Sanford will help the marketing company kick off construction at the June 8 groundbreaking ceremony

INDIAN LAND, S.C. June 8, 2010 – Business is booming for Red Ventures, and plans to expand the company's 16-acre campus are underway. Today, the online marketing and sales company will host a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction on their new 90,000 sq. foot office space. The groundbreaking will begin at 10 a.m. at Red Ventures headquarters, located at 1091 521 Corporate Center Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29707. The event will include speeches from South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, Red Ventures CEO Ric Elias, Red Ventures Chief Marketing Officer Dan Feldstein and Lancaster County Council Chairman Rudy Carter. Choate Construction will build the LEED-certified complex, which is expected to be completed in just nine months.
"We're thrilled to break ground on this state-of-the-art facility," said Elias. "Not only will it accommodate the hundreds of employees we’ll hire in the coming year, it will also give them an exciting place to come to work every day."
The expansion will allow Red Ventures to accommodate 1,000 employees by the projected move-in date of March 2011. The new office space will feature a full fitness center, basketball court, locker room and additional amenities. Red Ventures plans to develop the 16 acres of property in Indian Land, SC into a Silicon Valley-type complex.
Red Ventures was recently named one of the fastest-growing companies in the area by the Charlotte Business Journal. The rapidly growing company expects to hire 400 employees in 2010. Information on all Red Ventures job openings is available at www.redventures.com.
