How it Works
Red Ventures runs sales centers in South Carolina, Miami and San Antonio, but they all operate as one, virtual center. The sales professionals in each center are dedicated to a specific business and are trained to sell that business' products and services. When a prospective customer calls us (or requests for us to call them) our agents use their advanced information base and sales expertise to drive conversion. When we sell a product, we're directly connected into our partner's system and ordering information goes directly to them.
The People
Our sales centers are performance based, and they wouldn't be what they are without the people. The Red Ventures sales team is comprised of smart, energetic and motivated professionals. Because so much of our business centers around getting the right customers on the phone, we handle each call with a great deal of care and expertise. Each sales consultant completes a rigorous product knowledge and sales training program before taking their first call. Ongoing training and development courses equip them with the information they need to succeed.
