No Telemarketing or Cold-Calling

We don't engage in telemarketing or cold-calling. At Red Ventures, you'll field inbound calls and make permission-based outbound calls to customers who have filled out a lead form requesting that someone call them with more information. Prospective customers are generally highly qualified and sales conversion rates are high.

As a result, we are NOT looking for people who will do or say anything to make a sale. Our sales process is consultative in nature and we expect our sales consultants to put the customer first. At Red Ventures, we expect our sales consultants to be truthful and conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity at all times.

On-the-Job Training

All new sales consultants receive a full week to two weeks of paid training upon joining Red Ventures. And there are ongoing training opportunities, including weekly one-on-one coaching. For those who aspire to supervisory or management roles, we also offer a management training program.
