Red Ventures’ developers attend PHP conferences around the country, use Zend IDE and Zend Server for easy development and debugging – and have industry-leading experts like Percona visit the office to teach them about best database practices. Nerf guns not provided, but are strongly recommended.

Developers are integral members of the marketing team and actively participate in regular business meetings and brainstorming sessions.
