What’s the role?

  • Reporting and analyzing paid campaigns in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Weekly and Bi-weekly reporting on campaign performance.
  • Internal communication on analysis of campaigns.
  • Day-to-day account management including campaign optimization, budget management, and testing ideation and execution.
  • Research on platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space.
  • Additional duties as we continue to evolve.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience in Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Yahoo/BingAds –a plus – building and maintaining campaigns with strategic organization.
  • Data lovers and analytically-minded people with a passion for marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals in paid social marketing.
  • Data-driven marketers with superior analytical and quantitative skills who think creatively to decide testing methodologies and optimize campaigns to deliver results.
  • A clear passion for social media, and a strong point of view on its importance in the channel mix.
  • Experience working within a complex scope of paid digital marketing including: campaign planning and execution in multiple platforms, audience identification and targeting, ad creative ideation and production, bid/budget management and strategy, and measurement/results analyses.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • A good sense of humor!

What's the Role?

As a Senior Associate, you’ll support one or more of our businesses in industries ranging from insurance and telecom to energy and consumer services. We'll work to find the specific role that best suits your background and skills no matter what you do, you won't just analyze the data - you'll own your work; from ideation and strategy to implementation. 

  • You’ll provide insights through analysis of revenue, sales conversion, marketing tactics and yield data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.
  • You’ll take ownership of key operational initiatives to identify areas for improvement and increase profitability and do more than consult – you’ll immerse yourself in one of our businesses. You’ll drive daily performance, develop solutions and see them through as they are implemented.
  • In this role you’ll also develop and manage new tools for measuring and understanding the health of our business operations


What We’re Looking For: A strong analytical prowess and entrepreneurial mindset

  • To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong quantitative and financial analysis skills. You must be comfortable measuring, interpreting and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of sales and marketing performance data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.) or technology oriented discipline (e.g. computer science, MIS, etc.)
  • Experience building complex financial models, conducting ROI analysis, and presenting data and recommendations to senior executives on a regular basis. Statistics, management consulting, or investment banking experience is more relevant to this role than traditional marketing or market research analysis.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, and is well organized and adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities.

Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

The Position:

We are seeking a strategic Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to own the direction, both short and long-term, and execution of our digital world, including Search Analysis, Paid Search and Customer Experience. In this position you won’t just analyze the data – you’ll own your work; from creative ideation and strategy to implementation.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll support one or more of our partners in industries ranging from insurance and telecom to energy and consumer services. You’ll conduct thorough analyses of digital marketing campaigns, revenue, budget, sales conversion and yield data to drive greater profitability as well as efficiency and effectiveness for the business. Using this data, the Digital Marketing Associate will build top-notch digital experiences for our partners with our Creative and Paid Search teams. At Red Ventures you’ll do more than just consult – you’ll immerse yourself in one of our businesses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities - highly quantitative and analytical focused
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing etc.)
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, conducting ROI analysis, synthesizing recommendations, and presenting them to senior executives.
  • Experience with a selection of the following: Excel, SQL Server, PowerPoint, Access, flat data files, and proprietary databases as well as third party paid search and marketing tools
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, is well organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities.
