Account Manager

 The Opportunity:

Red Ventures is seeking an account manager to join one of our fastest growing partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will drive business performance through management of all creative tasks, timelines, partner communication, and optimize digital asset creation through marketing data and strategic decision making. Given the regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry the Account Manager role is a key role to this partnership and requires great attention to detail. The copy approval process for this partnership is a complex process that all assets and marketing tactics must flow through in order to be executed.  The role provides a comprehensive introduction to the business operations as well as how to manage partnership relationships and will require effective communication and collaboration.

General Responsibilities:

  • Supports marketing and operations team with digital asset creation process
  • Owner of submitting approved digital assets into partners, including preparation of all documents needed for approval
  • Assists in asset progression tracking, reporting potential timeline risks to the RV business team
  • Acts as a liaison between RV and external partners for digital copy approval edits or creative tasks
  • Maintain inventory of all digital assets, including but not limited to asset in-market termination dates
  • Participate in weekly live copy review sessions with partner copy approval team and RV marketing team
  • Interacts with content, creative, and compliance team to ensure assets are aligned with marketing strategy and meets quality standards

Qualities we are looking for in a successful Account Manager:

  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Genuine interest or experience in improving digital marketing processes (relevant internship or work experience is a plus) 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible

What’s the role?

In the Data Analyst role, you will:

  • Provide strategic insights derived from digital marketing, web event and sales data that drive marketing investment and customer experience decisions
  • Build compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards that enable us to democratize analytics
  • Utilize statistics to identify the significance, noise and correlation in data
  • Conduct hands-on advanced analytics using multiple data sources originating from different applications and systems
  • Build relationships with business teams and data science teams to identify opportunities for deep analytics on customer behavior and site performance
  • Work with data science, data architects, and business teams to ensure analysis and visualizations scale efficiently
  • Identify opportunities to use advanced analytics to develop new strategies and improve business performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in complex business analysis, digital analysis, or marketing analysis role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or other relevant degrees
  • Advanced proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Extensive experience in building SQL queries across complex relational database experience
  • Experience leveraging customer, digital, online and offline data together to aid customer targeting & segmentation
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working well with business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of digital attribution and digital analytics is preferred
  • Statistical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python) is preferred

Digital Marketing Analyst

What’s the role?

Red Ventures is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives on our growing digital team.  Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, the Analyst will be responsible for daily execution of paid search, Facebook & display campaigns, ensuring positive results and growth.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data & profitability analysis, performing and monitoring A:B tests, and ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day tasks.  This is a highly visible role with significant impact on a large scale digital media account.

  • Ability to evaluate large data sets and make meaningful decisions
  • Track record of academic success as well as success in prior business roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide value and scale
  • Strong understanding of the entire Microsoft Office Suite of products
