  • As a part of our bilingual inside sales team, you will be responsible for receiving inbound sales calls in English and Spanish, taking prospective customers through the sales process and making the sale.

Responsibilities Include:


• Successfully completing our comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems (training for our Spanish-speaking team will be in Spanish)
• Drive profit through both inbound and permission-based outbound calls by utilizing persuasive sales techniques
• Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions including, exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
• Increase customer profitability by utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques
• Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and accurately updating our contact management system
• Flexibility to work evening and/or weekend hours: we are open from 7am – 12am (midnight) EST - this is a full-time sales position and we take sales calls nationwide.

What we offer:


• The average Sales Agent earns $43,000-$55,000/year in their first 12 months with Agents in the top 10% earning $65,000+/year.  Compensation is comprised of a $10 hourly base pay, uncapped sales commissions and a performance-based, new hire bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategic thought leadership around all Red Ventures security initiatives

  • In-depth understanding of the threat landscape and common threats as defined by OWASP Top-10 and SANS Top-20.
  • Expertise with security and control frameworks, such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, COBIT, NIST, ect.
  • Project management skills including financial/budget management, scheduling and resources.
  • Must have relatively recent “hands-on” experience with security technologies such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and/or firewall and end-point protections.

The core responsibility of the Manager of Market Research is to provide exceptional primary research services to support sales efforts and inform product development. Specific requirements include: 

  • Expertise working with all the standard diagnostic and security tools in Linux such as nmap, psad, tcpdump, syslog, iptables, ipvs, tripwire and similar.
  • Experience implementing, tuning and monitoring NextGen firewalls.
  • Expert in deploying and using scanning and penetration tools for vulnerability testing such as Nessus, nmap, AppScan and similar.  Intimate knowledge of how to manually perform attacks such as SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting and other attacks as listed by the OWASP.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with an emphasis on IBM’s WebSphere Application Server knowledge with 3+ years’ experience directly working with Websphere.
