Based on our exciting business growth, Imagitas – a Red Ventures company, is actively recruiting an Account Director to join our talented team.

What you’ll do: 

  • The Director position is a general management position in which you’ll interact frequently with senior leadership in the company as well as the executive management (C-level) teams of our partners.
  • Define and set the strategic direction for client services team, function as a thought leader and strategic business partner with existing and target clients.  
  • Develop a strong understanding of our current and future clients that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, as well as key executives and decision makers.
  • Proactively generate ideas and support them with your quantitative models and economic projections to drive growth initiatives around breaking in to new industries and expanding Imagitas client portfolio in our existing industries.
  • Successfully navigate client conversations around the value of Imagitas products while quickly assessing client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions.
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams in areas like operations, marketing, and creative while creating development and mentorship opportunities for our Account Managers and Account Associates.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams on multi-variate test plans to maximize client campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the business teams’ efforts to establish and evaluate existing and potential business relationships, with significant responsibilities for negotiating, preparing, and reviewing partner contracts.
  • Provide management team with day-to-day legal perspective and guidance, as well as risk assessment and mitigation.

  • 3-8 years of experience working with senior business management in connection with a broad range of legal matters including contracts, intellectual property, marketing, compliance, employment, privacy, M&A, and other transactional activities.  Prior in-house experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the business teams’ efforts to establish and evaluate existing and potential business relationships, with significant responsibilities for negotiating, preparing, and reviewing partner contracts.

UI Engineer

This individual will be designing and developing interactive and responsive web applications that work across multiple browsers, platforms and devices including smartphones and tablets.

You will need: 

  • A strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
  • The ability to work with Java based middle tier, experience working with JSPs and integrating with MVC frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Web Flow etc.
  • Familiarity with performing responsive client side validations, using RESTful APIs in the middle tier, communicating with Web Services.
  • Experience configuring and using analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge and experience with AngularJS a plus

This individual will be part of a specialized UX team within a greater experienced design team, working along-side developers, engineers, data analysts and content strategists, with the objective to constantly push the envelope in UX and UI. You’ll have access to real-time consumer data to back you up. You’ll have exposure and visibility into big brand partners in the home services, energy, e-commerce, mobile, insurance and software industries. You’ll have ownership of the full UX design life-cycle, combining user experience tactics with user interface execution, converting consumer data analytics and feedback into purposeful designs, with participation in the full life-cycle, from user research and interface design to pushing live.

Ideal background:

  • 5+ year's experience in creative digital design
  • 2+ years experience focusing in UX, with understanding and exposure to UX tactics, including creating user personas, journey and opportunity mapping, channel mapping, card sorting, etc.
  • 2+ years’ experience in UI design, converting user feedback into workable, responsive designs
  • An understanding of the MVP approach
  • Familiarity with usability research and validation
  • Exposure to product and web application design
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with an emphasis on IBM’s WebSphere Application Server knowledge with 3+ years’ experience directly working with Websphere. You will be part of a team that is focused on quality and development of large-scale, mission-critical software in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Job Description:

System Engineer with a focus on J2EE Web Application Administration using WebSphere Application Server 7 or higher (8.5.5 preferred) including installation, configuration, and maintenance.  A qualified candidate will have intimate familiarity with all the components of a multi-tiered network deployed WebSphere application running in a 24X7 UNIX environment.

This engineer will be part of a team responsible for automating, testing, and maintaining the installation & build process of Middleware components for an application in use by upwards of 20MM end users per year. This includes executing day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and troubleshooting of a WebSphere runtime environment.

 Qualifications: 

  • A working knowledge of:
    • Oracle 12C databases
    • SUSE and RHEL 5.x and 6.x OS administration
    • Apache Web server / Tomcat application server 
  • A proven understanding of system interoperability requirements and scripting on UNIX platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to easily work with users to diagnose network connectivity and functionality issues and suggest creative solutions.
