To support our exciting business growth, we are actively recruiting a Director of Integrated Marketing to join the account team at Red Ventures (RV), with a focus on MY MOVE.

What You'll Do

  • Ideation and development of integrated marketing proposals that focus on positioning MYMOVE as the leading resource to capture mover audiences and communicating the value of MYMOVE products and programs
  • Customizing general presentations, pitch decks, and market research to position MYMOVE as the authoritative resource for clients seeking to connect with a mover audience
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with account teams and other cross-functional partners to create integrated strategies designed to drive scalable advertising revenue
  • Support and collaborate with account team to create client-specific presentations and attend client meetings as needed
  • Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the ideation and activation partner-specific cross-platform programs 
  • Develop custom content and sponsorship opportunities to grow new sources of revenue
  • Set and align on key success metrics for all integrated programs and ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Analyze and report on effectiveness and results of Integrated Marketing Programs, use insights gathered to optimize performance
  • Create and manage sell-sheet, case study, and recap templates and process

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6+ years marketing experience 
  • Experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs intended for advertising partners
  • Strong knowledge of current digital, social, and mobile advertising platforms and branded content
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally
  • Ability to build and support a collaborative and high-functioning team
  • Strong copywriting skills
