The Media and Communications People Team is looking to add an HR Business Partner to support our Games & Entertainment portfolio of brands (including Metacritic, GameSpot, and and own programs across our industry group focused on culture, employee engagement, and DEI. This individual will leverage new and existing data to understand sentiment and encourage equitable experiences through every touch point. They should have a solid understanding of human resources and the employee experience, an ability to work effectively with high autonomy through significant projects, and an ability to forge and manage relationships across the organization with all levels of employees.

What You’ll Do

  • High-quality delivery of HR programs, solutions, and support on both the team-wide and individual level for assigned business teams within Red Ventures
  • Provide a consultative approach that applies HR and business knowledge, precedence, and excellent intuition to diagnose and provide creative HR solutions that align with Red Ventures’ people and operational goals
  • Serve as coach and strategic partner to assigned business leadership, providing talent insights, guidance and support in driving and executing talent strategy and workforce planning
  • Offer expertise and one-on-one employee support in the following areas: performance management, resource planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, compensation, learning and development and organizational development
  • Develop and implement strategies geared toward employee engagement and inclusivity. This includes ownership of long term plans on influencing change driven from employee surveys and other collection methods.
  • Own the physical and remote onboarding experiences. Leverage data to demonstrate improvements in resources, ramp curves, regrettable attrition, brand identification, and ongoing improvement recommendations.
  • Owns and delivers programming to continue our progression toward an even better culture of Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging; a driving force behind our long term goal to be the best place to launch or continue a career in Financial Services for anyone.
  • Partner with central People Operations teams to manage and implement review processed within our division, recommending process improvements along the way.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Seven+ years of Human Resources or other relevant professional experience, with demonstrable progression and growth in scope and performance
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner role directly supporting employees in exempt level roles in a corporate setting is preferred. Other relevant strategic experience considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or a combination of relevant education / professional experience
  • Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including performance management, project leadership, talent planning and development, employee relations, leadership and L&D. Particular passion and demonstrated experience in Inclusion and Belonging is a plus
  • Experience and a high level of effectiveness working with senior leaders in an “influence-without-authority” role working as a trusted advisor
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly, pivot to new priorities
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions
  • Strong team player with high bias to action and accountability
  • Driven, goal-oriented and focused. Always seeking ways to improve and challenge the status quo
  • Curious, agile, nimble
