To support our exciting business growth, we are actively recruiting a Partnership Executive for Audience Development on the Red Ventures Home team. The Partnership Executive will be responsible for developing our RV Home audience through pipeline planning and forecasting, prospecting, converting, and cultivating strategic partnerships to grow users of our mover platform. RV Home is America’s #1 mover services platform, and this role is a core part of our transformation.

This individual will be selling across the RV Home product portfolio and working with the product team to ensure audience demand and product benefits intersect to provide optimal value for partner and RV. The Partnership Executive will serve as the primary entry point for all sales inquiries and requests pertaining to RV Home products, which includes preparing presentations and proposals, product demonstrations, and communicating regular performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and prospect new partnerships  
  • Pitch all parts of RV Home portfolio to attract new mover audience partnerships  
  • Establish and foster new relationships by conducting a high volume of face-to-face calls
  • Convert new partnerships into revenue generating opportunities
  • Nurture and close large, strategic deals
  • Act as a business specialist on behalf of your partners, strategically developing new growth opportunities
  • Develop relationships with key prospects
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Conduct meetings with decision makers and executives
  • Cultivation of long term, growth partnerships

Who you are

  • Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal oriented environment
  • 2 plus years of proven sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills including sales pitches and proposal generation
  • Able to articulate portfolio differentiation and key product information to convert leads into sales
  • Experience with sales forecasting
  • Ability to work across different teams
  • Experience with digital media, broadband or advertising industries
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactively problem solve, including ability to understand, identify, prioritize and execute key performance drivers
  • Consistently meets revenue targets in alignment with overall business goals.
