Healthgrades is a national healthcare leader helping consumers to find the right physicians and hospitals for their healthcare needs – Healthgrades was the first national company to provide hospital ratings to help consumers find the best care. The Quality Solutions Director position engages directly with Healthgrades partners, some of the leading hospitals and health systems in country, to support strategic marketing and communication initiatives, improve brand awareness, support patient engagement and acquisition efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as strategic advisor hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers across the country.
  • Account management: provide strategic guidance in the areas of market development, digital marketing, competitive differentiation, and physician relations strategies. 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in a client’s market share, marketing operations, community perception, physician recruitment, and employee satisfaction based on data analysis, clinical best practices, and market research.
  • Communicate and educate clients on ratings and performance trends to position client for success in promoting and measuring their clinical outcomes. 
  • Build business plans and timelines to meet client goals and expectations.
  • Provide support to senior team members on significant national accounts
  • Support analysis of hospital clinical outcomes data and facilitated feedback loops identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop clear understanding of the company’s products, product features, services, and capabilities related to quality outcomes and operations
  • Account/contract retention and renewal responsibilities, along with growing existing client engagements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ year experience in account management, healthcare consulting, solution-based sales, and/or healthcare policy preferred
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; skilled communicator able to present complex material to large and small groups.
  • Confidence and professionalism when engaging with hospital leadership and executive staff.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments and internal teams.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, across client organizations, and within Healthgrades
  • Ability to respond calmly, quickly, and decisively to unpredictable or unexpected events and changes
  • Ability to educate, influence, and coach clients on company products, services, and processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% requirements

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. The following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $65,000 - $90,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
