At a Glance

Our Senior Organizational Design program manager leads our career development framework and succession planning efforts. This role is for an innovative thinker, looking to move the practices of Talent Management, Career Development and Succession Planning into the future. They are more interested in where these worlds are going, than where they’ve been and can do the work to help us build towards it.

This individual helps provide clarity on the skills, capabilities, experiences and certifications expected of each job across Red Ventures, and helps establish performance, promotion and succession planning processes for them. They are an influencer who can navigate the different teams across our organization, create clarity in ambiguous situations, and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously to ensure all employees have clarity and transparency in their career development.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and continually refine our career development architecture including skills, capabilities and key experiences across all roles and levels of the organization
  • Establish and refine scaled succession planning program across the enterprise
  • Partner with HRBPs and Senior Leadership across the organization to keep a pulse on expectations and differentiators between job levels
  • Map our career development architecture to industry benchmarks, providing continual clarity on how our architecture compares to market trendsLead the development and implementation of our digital career development architecture, to provide career development clarity and transparency for all employees
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational design, leveraging external research and benchmarking to adapt internal programs and recommendations for internal stakeholders to consider.
  • Inform our Performance Management programs, specifically performance and promotion criteria for roles.
  • Leverage key talent metrics to inform the strengths and opportunities of our organizational design, that impact outcomes such as performance reviews, high potential employee identification, succession planning and talent development

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience with talent management, specifically competency models, jobs architecture and performance management definitions
  • 5+ years experience with project management, program design/management, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a matrixed and constantly changing environment
  • Experience generating innovative ideas, prototyping, and developing a plan to execute
  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills
  • Experience helping global organizations scale
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects simultaneously
