At a Glance

The Channel Manager is responsible for working as a strategic partner on the Prevention Coaching Product team by developing and implementing channel strategies that help drive the success of the B2B product portfolio. The person in this role owns the achievement of B2B channel KPIs by collaborating across stakeholder teams to deliver effective support to market and sales solutioning activities. They serve as the primary product representative and strategic partner for B2B sales solutioning efforts both within RVO Health and externally in client and market-facing capacities. The Channel Manager also is responsible for supporting the response process to complex RFPs, contract renewals, pricing and management of the exception process.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the achievement of B2B pipeline and client retention KPIs
  • Represent the Prevention Coaching Products as the primary liaison to United Health Care Product teams as well as United Health Care and Optum Growth teams
  • Collaborate with Product colleagues to prepare and deliver the product portfolio messages in sales training and product communications, RFP review and support, and SME representation in finalist presentations
  • Head up pricing work, bid reviews, renewals and exception management for the Prevention Coaching Product team
  • In collaboration with our channel partners, you will ensure product outcomes and value are continuously monitored, reported, and improved upon

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing and communications role working with coaching (or similar) programs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as experience working with and managing the expectations of a wide variety of constituents at multiple levels
  • Demonstrated ability to be well-organized, meet deadlines, multi-task, think outside of the box and understand complex organizational processes and programs
  • Excellent self-management, reporting and follow-up skills, as well as working well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing clearly and positively, plus demonstrated ability to present the product story effectively and concisely through PowerPoint and other channels
  • Ability to negotiate, plan, problem solve and make sound decisions while developing valuable cross-departmental and channel relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, health management or public health

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $85,000 - 125,00 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
