At a Glance

The Senior Marketing Director, Prevention Strategy will help cross-functional teams create and optimize data driven content-fueled omni-channel experiences across all digital and traditional channels. This leader will develop and utilize best practice methodologies for developing digital and traditional content marketing strategies leveraging consumer analytics in a collaborative way and leading strategy projects that culminate into both documented strategy and actionable planning. This individual will direct and leverage research to inform consumer-centric experiences, while optimizing digital and traditional channels for performance against business objectives. Lastly, they will direct projects, leveraging internal and external resources, to conceptualize, design and produce transformational data driven omni-channel experiences.

The new role reports to the Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the B2B2C model and building a substantial new DTC model.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of marketing, change management and communication strategies supporting implementation initiatives for RVO Health B2B2C and Direct-to-Consumer prevention businesses
  • Utilize data, customer insights, and journey mapping to identify and deliver successful marketing strategies that deliver meaningful consumer and business value
  • Influence critical outcomes through storytelling, relationship building, and managing a diverse set of stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Fuel growth of the Prevention business with strategic marketing ideas inspired through your pulse on meaningful healthcare, consumer, technology, and competitive trends
  • Work independently and as part of a team to create and implement multi-channel education, marketing and communication programs designed to engage a variety of audiences, including internal/external sales teams, brokers, consultants, employers and consumers.
  • Identify and manage internal/external marketing and communications resources (research, strategy, creative) to successfully advance the go-to-market priorities identified in Prevention business workstreams.
  • Partner with Prevention business team and project leaders to anticipate and respond to emerging priorities; collaborate with business line and functional business partners across the enterprise to ensure the smooth flow of communication.
  • Write and edit a variety of internal/external communications – including communications for executive leadership -- supporting Prevention go-to-market priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and oversight for creative, content and other implementation resources supporting Prevention change and communication priorities.
  • Understand and effectively communicate strategy performance to leadership outlining implications
  • Maintain and manage marketing budget

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 10 years advertising/marketing in either a corporate or agency environment; experience in product/service marketing, sales support and/or marketing/business communication.
  • At least 10 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience; blend of marketing, strategic planning, project management and marketing implementation experience.
  • Experience supporting B2C/B2B branding and multichannel campaigns.    
  • Ability to develop tactical plans and compelling marketing messages.  Must be adept at producing high - quality copy for multiple audiences and be flexible and collaborative in the face of multiple priorities and aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to use data and consumer insights to develop appropriate strategies or action plans.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $145,000-170,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
