At a Glance

As an Office Coordinator, you will be the first interaction for all that are reaching out to Red Ventures' Headquarters. You'll be the catalyst in the overall experience that individuals have at Red Ventures. In this role, you'll interact with all levels within the organization, and collaborate regularly to make sure various office-related tasks and inventory are up-to-date.

Due to the nature of this role, the Office Coordinator is expected to be in the office 4 days a week on average. Our office is located in the South Charlotte area.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors. 
  • Answer phone calls, transfer callers as appropriate.
  • Stock office supply and break rooms with all office supplies, copy paper, and break room supplies.
  • Keep a running inventory of all office supplies from the main storage rooms and communicate replenishment needs to office manager.
  • Create shipping labels for packages.
  • Help setup and breakdown for events.
  • Communicate building/facilities maintenance issues to our facilities team members.
  • Help with other miscellaneous office coordinator tasks
  • Assist coworkers and teammates as needed.
  • Deliver mail, packages and miscellaneous office supplies.
  • Run miscellaneous business errands as needed.
  • Inspect facilities to keep the office clean and in order
  • Communicate building/facilities maintenance issues to our facilities team members.
  • Perform weekly inventory of office supplies and communicate it to the site manager

What We're Looking For

  • Previous general administrative and office coordinator experience in the past 1 year in a professional office environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation

    • Cash Compensation Range: $16.75/hr - $21/hr
      • Note actual comp is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
