Red Ventures is seeking a Identity Access Management Team Lead. This is a technical leadership position on our growing Desktop Operations team with particular emphasis on security-related support functions. The person hired into this role will be responsible for leading a small team of security technicians while also continuing to own support and project-based work themselves. You must be a quick learner, think outside the box, and be able to solve complex problems. We’re counting on the leader in this role to refine processes, automate tedious or time-consuming manual tasks, and find opportunities to partner with engineering on security solutions that blend into our existing support process. In addition to these responsibilities, this person will communicate with individuals at all level of the organization regarding roadmap and process changes.
Responds to complex support incidents and escalations as they pertain to the Security Administration team.
Utilize workflow and ticketing tools to help solve internal and external user incidents.
Team Leader for all security-related requests including – but not limited to – code repository access, user productivity related applications, physical security systems, etc.
Look for opportunities to partner with Security Operations team to explore new technology and implement solutions with universally positive return on investment.
Interviews and trains new Security Operations team members.
Manages team schedules.
Represents the Security Operations team at necessary meetings.
Audits and quality checks Security Operations documentation, tickets & SLA’s.
Plans and oversees projects.
Work with our various technology teams on issues that require coordination with other groups.
Coordinates with various teams to ensure on-time delivery of services related to moves, adds and changes.
Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to management.
5+ years working with Windows and Mac OSX, preferably at a tier 3 level.
Familiarity with security-focused applications that are common in the technology workplace.
VOIP, Office365 & SCCM experience.
Excellent communication skills required (oral and written).
Team management and/or lead experience
ServiceNow ticketing experience is a plus.
SailPoint experience is a plus.
