The Customer Care Specialist position is critical to the success of the Allconnect business. Your primary role is to be the first line of support for our customers when a question, issue, or concern happens. We strive to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner with an emphasis on achieving the best possible customer experience. Customer Care Specialists have significant interaction with customers and Contact Center employees via phone and email.
As a Customer Care Specialist at Red Ventures you will work on our Allconnect business unit where we believe in simplifying the purchase and set up of home utilities. Our organization was founded to help customers through one of the most stressful experiences of their lives…MOVING. Our free service makes it less stressful for customers by giving them the power to order from a wide variety of home products at the same time, from the providers available at their exact address.
What You Will Do:
Assist callers by addressing and resolving customer issues.
Monitor and maintain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous solutions to service issues.
Help identify errors in plan administration and make suggestions for corrections and/or process improvement.
Perform additional related duties as requested/required.
What You Need:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
Excellent editing and English grammar skills; good oral and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of using a computer including navigating Microsoft Windows & the Internet.
Dedication to self-development.
Good organizational skills and ability to work under stress.
Strong attention to detail.
Possess and demonstrate good judgment and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral and written.
Flexibility with work schedule.
