Bilingual Sales Recruiting Coordinator

In order to accomplish our aggressive growth goals, Red Ventures is currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team. This person will provide administrative support to the recruiting team by speaking to prospective candidates over the phone and ensuring that the Recruiters calendars are booked with interviews. The performance expectations for this role require a highly accountable and organized person with a passion for the RV sales opportunity. 


  • Provide administrative and strategic support to Sales Recruiters across two offices
  • Reviewing a large number of applications and resume each day
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards to increase applicant flow
  • Conduct initial phone screens in order to identify top candidates for onsite interviews with the recruiters (on the phone for approximately 5-6 hours a day)
  • Provide ongoing verbal and written communication to candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • Facilitate call listening experiences for candidates coming onsite
  • Own the new hire documentation process including drafting and sending offer letters, managing background and drug screen processes, on boarding communication, etc.
  • Manage new and ongoing recruiting projects and initiatives
  • Recognize and propose solutions to improve the recruiting process

Candidate Profile:

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 0-3 years of recruiting coordination experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
