As technology continues to advance and evolve at a rapid rate, consumer behavior is evolving, too. As a result, digital marketing and sales companies – particularly those who focus on phone sales – must adapt.
Take your own behavior for example: When was the last time you purchased anything online without first comparing your options? (Answer: Probably before Emojis were a thing.) Do you check customer reviews? (90% of online shoppers say yes.) How often do you complete the whole process – from initial research to checkout – all in one sitting, and on one device? (Answer: Almost never.) Do you prefer to check out via online cart or speak with a live agent? (I don’t know – maybe both?)
At Red Ventures, we’re building proprietary technology such as behavioral tracking software, chat bots, voice recognition software, and tons of other tools to solve for the ultimate challenge facing marketers and sales companies today: How do we create great shopping experiences for millions of unique consumers with different habits, preferences, and interests?
Tell us what you envision for the future in terms of how marketing and sales companies will continue to adapt to an increasingly technology-driven world. Focus on how companies can augment phone sales with new digital marketing and technology solutions, and limit your response to a 500-word essay or a 90-second video.
