The Opportunity:

In short, MYMOVE manages and runs the change of address process for USPS. Through this process, MYMOVE connects movers to the savings they need before, during, and after their move by working with our brand partners to bring ads and offers to market. As an Account Associate, you will work within the marketing services team to deliver outstanding service to our brand partners by executing business-building direct mail, email, and digital marketing programs.These advertising programs enable our clients to reach moving consumers at the precise time they are in need of our clients’ products and services, while increasing their top-line revenue through in-store and eCommerce channels. General Responsibilities:

  • Work with account management and internal teams to manage the ad traffic process, facilitate data requests, and maintain multiple tracking reports for several product components
  • Proof all client creative and data with accuracy and precision
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal, cross-functional groups and external brand partners as needed
  • Deploy live print and digital ad campaigns to national markets
  • Assist in special client-related projects such as program reviews and partner meetings
  • Provide support for Account Managers as needed
  • Additional duties as required

Account Manager

As an Account Manager for the Allconnect business you will provide outstanding support to our existing partners by executing business-building marketing campaigns, providing training, and assisting with other projects. You will help drive programs that enable our partners to extend customer reach, improve brand perception, improve customer satisfaction, and generate revenue from key audiences.

What you'll do: 

  • Lead day-to-day partner activity that drives service delivery and economic value for our partners.
  • Monitor and analyze account activity (i.e. volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incident reports, escalations, corrective action reporting, performance plans, trends, etc.) across our partnerships.
  • Understand partner marketing objectives and work with cross-functional teams at RV to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance.
  • Join internal cross-functional teams in areas like operations, marketing, and creative while creating development and mentorship opportunities for our Account Associates and Junior Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams on multi-variate test plans to maximize partner campaign performance.
  • Lead partner meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution and marketing best practices.
  • Effectively communicate the partner's goals and represent the partner's interests to internal cross-functional groups.

Affiliate Marketing Manager

Red Ventures is seeking a natural sales professional, with the ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships and win new business to join our team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships that advance the company and maximize income potential for our clients, optimizing and growing affiliate programs within the network while recruiting new Affiliate partners.  

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new relationships into strategic Affiliate partnerships
  • Manage and maintain existing Affiliate partner relationships, proactively providing recommendations on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
  • Make recommendations and oversee strategies related to affiliate marketing with the goal of increasing traffic and maintaining profit margin
  • Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to Affiliate partners, as well as offering ideas / methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs
  • Develop and maintain reporting for Executives and Management
  • Manage and maintain advertiser and publisher applications and ensure the timely launch of each
  • Be an effective motivator for publishers and advertisers, promoting top programs, and keeping close communications with top performers
  • Strong focus with direct relationship advertisers, establish co-marketing relationships with other networks, and manage them on an ongoing basis while bringing high paying offers to publishers in our network.
  • The affiliate manager should expect to attend 2-3 conventions or more per year, and feel comfortable with one on one meetings with publishers and advertisers

What we’re looking for

  • Financial services experience a must, credit cards preferred
  • At least 2 years’ applicable experience, Affiliate marketing experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM a plus
  • Highly analytical with a data driven mindset
  • Experience with A/B & Multivariate testing a plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and relationship building communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to maintain own work-flow and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively and approach opportunities outside of the box
  • Comfortable making own decisions, but strictly abide to set rules and guidelines
  • Works well in a team environment, with ability to structure own work and operate independently when required
  • Must be confident, resilient, and ambitious with a strong sense of urgency and achievement
